Our reporting feature enables you to see which numbers received your messages and which did not, along with the reasons why it was not delivered.

When the status indicates "Delivered," it means that your message was successfully delivered to the recipient's phone.
If the status reads "Undelivered," this indicates that the message could not be delivered, typically because the number does not exist or is no longer active.
"Waiting on receipt," means the message is queued and pending delivery.
This status may occur for various reasons, such as the recipient's phone being powered off or experiencing network connectivity issues.
These messages will be delivered as soon as the recipient's device is turned on or reconnects to the internet.
